It has been over three years since Nancy & I decided to buy a home ashore and I was just thinking of the things that occurred that brought us together.
When I took my old Volvo in to your dad's shop and met you for the first time we were living in a small apt in St. Pete Beach and you were working on your Real Estate license. Something about your upbeat and caring personality made us take a chance, should have bought a Lotto ticket that day. You're a winner.
The fact that you have spent most of your life in the area is a real asset when it comes to matching a home, a neighborhood and a clients needs. You could not have been more spot on with Nancy and me.
Our next door neighbors are moving to Arizona soon and I told them to contact you for any help they may need in selling their place. This is the most sincere complement I can pay you, my recommendations to someone else.

| When my family and I moved to Tampa/St. Pete, we knew nothing about the area. Looking for a house seemed like a daunting task. Our first step was to look at houses online. I asked for more information on 3 different houses. This caused me to hear from 3 different realtors - none of which I knew. Cheryl was the only one of the 3 that continually followed up so we elected to work only with her. Our choice turned out to be a wise one. She did everything she could to make our house hunting trips enjoyable. Each trip was well organized and we didn't waste our time looking at any houses that did not fit our profile. Cheryl really proved her worth during the closing. Due to numerous errors by my lender, our closing was rescheduled several times. Our seller threatened to back out. Cheryl stayed calm and managed to hold the deal together. If and when we decide to sell this house, Cheryl will be the first person we call.

| By chance, while we were "looking" at homes we might be interested in, we ran across one of Cheryl's listings and as one would do, called her to get information regarding that particular home.
During our conversation, Cheryl asked many questions regarding just what we were looking foor annd then told us that that home was not for us.
From that day on, she worked hard for us...telling us about homes that she thought would be what we were looking for to purchase. Most of the homes she arranged for us to see were excellent,with a few exceptions, but for various reasons (size, price, location, etc), we didn't buy.
She had been working for us for several months, and then she told us about a particular home in an area new to us. We looked at it, went back and made an accepted offer.
